The TIC™800G-ST series phase change thermal pad is a type of
thermal Phase Change composite Material, specifically designed for
applications requiring repeated assembly,such as filling the gaps
between removable optical modules and heat sinks. It exhibits
superior thermal conductivity and excellent adhesion, making it
easy to affix to heat sinks. Moreover, its special thermal film
composite material can with stand multiple plug-ins and removals of
the optical module without rupturing, protecting the surfaces of
the heat sink and optical module while reducing thermal resistance,
providing an excellent thermal management solution for high-power
optical modules. The standard sizes offered by TIC™800G-ST series
can meet the thermal design requirements of most opticalmodules.
